    What are your favorite local parks to picnic in?

    Druid hill park. 579 acres with grills right next to an awesome playground for kids. There is great history on it too; being on of the first and oldest (1800's) in the country (central park, NY, & Fairmount park, PA being the other) The reservoir is a beautiful back drop and the trunks on so many trees are huge. It really is amazing.

    Patterson park has lots of trees which provide perfect shade for picnics!

    I actually like some of the little squares right in Bolton Hill. Especially the one with the fountain right by McMechen Street. Now if only I could bring a grill...
