For rare spices and other items you can try the Indian market off of Cranbrook rd in cockeysville next to the Indian Palace restaurant. Fresh home made pasta, sauces, bread--WOW--you will think Italian grandma is back there cooking! Even the salads are amazing! Ask for Mike (GM/owner) and tell him Tracey and Carrmen sent you.   I bartend and I am asked for "skinny girl cocktails" something that packs a punch but is low is calories and still tasty. Suggestions?

Margheritas: Patron1.5oz Splash triple sec Splash OJ Splash water 3 lime wedges Combine with scoop of ice in tin, shake the hell out of it and pour into hi-ball glass. Cucumber refresh: 1.5 Hendricks or vodka 3 thin slices of cucumber 3 wedges of lemon Scoop of ice and shake hard in tin, pour into tall glass and fill with soda. 1.5 Orange vodka and soda squeeze of Orange and lime. Van gogh appel 1.5 vodka soda with squeeze of lime. Vodka soda and vodka water is your best low cal options. Using a splash of cran will sweeten the vodka soda options, and water instead of soda is a good idea because the co2 causes boating. Flavored vodkas help the tasty factor and squeezing and shaking fruit add even more. Remember that limes are far more tart than lemons and lemon help to level the alkaline in the body.   HI there, I just started drinking vodka, soda and lime for diet reasons (lower cal!). Got any other suggestions?

  0 0 Vodka is going to be your best bet. I know the combo isn't the most tasty because you really taste the alcohol. I have been drinking the same of late-not for calorie reasons but to regulate consumption-(i live 35 mins from the city). Switching to soda or WATER-best for the body (no Co2/no boating)-is also good because you are adding a hydrating liquid which helps your body filter/recover from the toxins. Adding a splash of a fruit juice (usually cranberry) can make a huge taste improvement. Squeeze a slice of Orange and it will taste like your cheating (refreshing & yummy).   Is there another way to enjoy the mint flavor without all that smashed up mint floating around in the glass?

  0 0 Many het a few to start, if these don't appeal to your taste buds we have many more! Here is the way to order. (If you need the mixology for home let us know). Ameretto sour (almond flavor) Mailibu pineapple (coconut flavor) Midori sour (melon flavor) Sweet tea vodka and sour Bay breeze (cranberry and pineapple) Sea breeeze (cranberry and grapefruit) White Russian - usually made with cream but if u are calorie conscious, say with skim (coffers and cream flavor) Chambord and Bailey's on the rox (creamy raspberry) Hope these give you a decent start to enjoying a drink.
